The Role As Commercial Property Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants while ensuring your portfolio is professionally managed.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of a commercial property portfolio.
- Build robust relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors.
- Coordinate maintenance, inspections and contractor works.
- Manage lease administration, renewals and rent reviews.
- Monitor arrears, budgets and ensure legislative compliance.
About You
- Previous experience in Commercial Property Management or Assistant Commercial Property Management.
- Residential Property Managers looking to transition into commercial are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Current South Australian Property Management Registration (or the ability to obtain).
