Working closely with senior leadership, you'll gain exposure to the full development lifecycle, from land acquisition through to construction, while building a long-term career with a business that genuinely invests in its people.

The Opportunity As the Assistant Development Manager, you will:

- Coordinate residential development projects from acquisition through to construction.
- Liaise with developers, builders, consultants and key stakeholders to keep projects progressing.
- Manage project documentation, approvals, reporting and construction tenders.
- Monitor project timelines, identify risks and assist in delivering practical solutions.
- Support multiple developments across South Australia and interstate.

About You We're looking for someone who is:

- Experienced in property development, construction, project coordination or a related industry.




- Highly organised with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, adaptable and confident working in a fast-paced environment.
- Solutions-focused, accountable and willing to take ownership.
