The Position:
We are now seeking an experienced Supervisor for our Aircore and Diamond operations.
Reporting to the Operations Manager your duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Maintain contractual standards and reporting requirements
Provide effective on the job training, competency assessments
Co-ordinate and conduct drill crew performance appraisals
Promote high personal standards within the crews
Conduct and document regular inspections (safety & operational)
Liaise with client representatives and employees in a skilled manner




Must be prepared to drill occasionally if and when required
must be prepared to work night shift if required
The Candidate:
7 years full time experience on surface Diamond/Aircore drilling equipment.
Hold or be undertaking a Cert IV in Drilling Operations and statutory certification
Experienced with Exploration camp set ups
'HR-B' (or above) drivers' licence
Competent with computers and App based technology
Robust focus on safety and industry safety innovations
National Police Clearance (less than 3 months old)
Be physically fit and healthy
