Job DescriptionThe Heritage Hotel Dorrigo in Dorrigo NSW is a restored and Heritage listed hotel.
We are looking for a full time Chef.
Salary (65k-85k) The successful candidate will perform the following duties:
Preparation of food, cooking and presentation of dishes.
Maintain quality of food at all stages of food preparation.
Ensure a secure and hygienic work environment.
Train other kitchen staff.
Check food temperature and ensure it is secure.
Work in a team environment.
As and when required work alongside the Head Chef and contribute towards the menu.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Ability to work in line with budget.
Qualification and experience:
Relevant trade qualification in Cookery.
Minimum of 2 years' experience.
Positive communication skills.
