HYC is a busy multi-outlet venue encompassing a restaurant, function/event catering, and multiple bar venues, offering wide-ranging and dynamic shift work for the right candidate.About the RoleAs a Casual Chef, you'll work across our kitchen operations supporting à la carte service, functions, and events.
Shifts will vary based on operational needs, including weekends and event days.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook menu items to a consistently high standardWork efficiently across sections during service and eventsFollow food safety and hygiene procedures at all timesMaintain a clean, organised,
