The role provides leadership for clinical change and development, and supports learners and ICU staff within the Eastern Health Intensive Care Service.You will foster a team-oriented, learning-focused culture and participate in education initiatives, study days, workshops, and recruitment activities as required.
The role offers prospects to mentor and develop junior clinicians.
