We are seeking a strategic operator who can actively win work, leverage a live network, and manage technical engineering risk.Core DutiesBDM & Tendering | Source tender prospects, develop and manage head contractor relationships,



and oversee the estimating team.Risk & Engineering | Assess geotechnical/constructability risks and review contracts to minimise commercial exposure.Compliance & Handover | Track corporate safety certifications for pre-qualifications and manage smooth handovers to site PMs.Suitable BackgroundsProven experience within groundworks and/or foundation/piling is essential.
