You will guide a 3-person team, set up production lines for multiple profiles, and ensure quality and process efficiency.
Training will be provided by an international team, with shifts from 5am–1pm, 1pm–9pm, or 9pm–5am.We value hands-on leadership, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement in a thriving Australian market.
