The Dojo Ramen Bar in Northcote is seeking an experienced Prep Chef for a casual, * hour per week role to support a busy kitchen.
You will help keep prep lists organized and ensure smooth service by managing stock and mise en place.Ideal candidates bring advanced knife skills, accurate portioning and confident fish filleting, especially salmon.
Japanese cuisine experience is a bonus, and training will be provided to learn our methods.
