Due to continued growth and a robust project pipeline, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team.The OpportunityThis is a key role responsible for the end-to-end management of residential and mixed-use projects, from design development through to construction and completion.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external consultants to ensure successful project delivery across time, cost, and quality metrics.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the delivery of Class 2 apartment and mixed-use development projectsManage project programmes, budgets, and risk profilesCoordinate consultants, contractors, and authoritiesOversee procurement, contract administration,



and construction deliveryEnsure compliance with NSW planning and building regulationsProvide regular reporting to senior stakeholdersDrive high-quality outcomes aligned with commercial objectivesAbout YouExposure to mixed-use developments will be highly regardedStrong understanding of the full development lifecycleExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsCommercially astute with solid problem-solving capabilityRelevant tertiary qualifications in Construction, Engineering, or a related fieldWhat's on OfferSalary package of $200K - $260K + SuperLong-term prospect with a secure and growing developerHigh-quality projects with strong design and delivery focusSupportive and skilled team environment
