It's a strategic and hands on role delivering best in class marketing campaigns that will fuel acquisition, engagement, retention and long-term loyalty.DutiesAs a Marketing Manager within the Loyalty team, this role is responsible for supporting the planning, executing and optimisation of acquisition and engagement campaigns across Rewards and Loyalty, including always-on automations to educate, engage and inspire.
You will deliver this by partnering and collaborating with various teams across the business to ensure seamless campaign execution.Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will design and implement a multi-channel growth strategy to drive rapid customer acquisition and retention as well as increasing brand awareness across Australia.Ideating,



briefing and execution of targeted 1:1 campaigns across app, email and digital media, designed to drive key program KPIsPartnering cross-functionally to successfully deliver campaigns, communications and creativeReviewing and measuring the performance of loyalty marketing campaigns and deliver presentations on activity, reporting and performanceBuilding and optimising a suite of always-on lifecycle journeys using our model-based automation enginesSuggesting and implementing campaign optimisations based on performance and key results.About youYou're ready for the next big challenge!
