supporting and motivating the F&B; teamCoordinating smooth and effective serviceDelivering a warm and qualified guest experienceAssisting with staff training and developmentMaintaining high presentation and service standardsWorking closely with our kitchen, events and management teamsResponding to guest enquiries and resolving issues professionallyHelping ensure functions, weddings and restaurant services run to planAbout YouWe're looking for someone who brings energy, confidence and a genuine enjoyment of hospitality.Ideally, you'll have:Previous Food & Beverage supervisory or team leadership experienceExperience within restaurants, weddings, functions, events or conference serviceA hands-on leadership style - you're happy to lead from the floorExcellent communication and organisationThe ability to remain calm and make decisions during busy servicesA reliable and adaptable approach to shiftsExperience in a hotel, resort, wedding venue or busy restaurant workplace would be highly regarded.
