This position is ideal for a hands-on trade skilled who wants to expand their leadership, coordination, and commercial skills while remaining actively involved in in office carpentry work.The role combines day-to-day carpentry leadership with structured exposure to site management responsibilities, mentoring, and formal development.Skills & ExperienceQualified Carpenter (Certificate III in Carpentry or equivalent)Proven experience as a Leading Hand or senior carpenterStrong understanding of residential or commercial constructionAbility to read and interpret plans and specificationsExcellent communication and leadership skills
