We are looking for an experienced pastry chef to join our production kitchen in Carlton.You will be working across our four brands: GLO Gelato, GLO Pasticceria, Universal Restaurant, and Wilding Foods.This is a production-based role with no service.
You will help produce cakes, desserts, gelato components, pastry items, and other dessert products across the group.We are a small, focused team with high standards and room to grow for the right person.About the role:Full time positionProduction kitchen onlyNo serviceWorking across four established brandsSmall team environmentRoom to grow within the businessWe are looking for someone who:Has pastry or kitchen production experienceCan follow recipes and systemsWorks cleanly and efficientlyHas positive attention to detailIs reliable and positiveCan work well in a small teamExperience in Ice Cream and Gelato is an advantage.
