You will lead a busy pub floor with a solid F&B; focus, guiding a large team through a major venue transformation while maintaining high standards and energy.This hands-on role requires weekend availability, a current RSA/RSG, RMLV and Approved Managers Licence, and the ability to motivate staff in a rapid-paced coastal setting.
