We are looking for experienced Civil Labourers and Pipe Layer Assistants for large-scale infrastructure, road, and data centre projects across Melbourne.
If you know your way around an open trench and can work safely alongside heavy plant, we want to hear from you.What you'll be doing:Assisting with the installation of electrical and communications conduits.Setting up, levelling, placing, and backfilling pits.Conduit laying in open trenches.Working closely with excavators, rollers, and civil crews.Bedding, sand placement, compaction, and site reinstatement.General civil labouring and maintaining a protected exclusion zone.What you need:Proven experience with civil construction, trenching,



or conduit/pit installation.White Card.A rock‐solid understanding of trench safety and working around excavators.Reliable transport and a outstanding work ethic.Highly Regarded (Bonus points if you have):Tickets: Excavator, Roller, Skid Steer, Spotter, Confined Space, or Working at Heights.MR/HR Truck Licence.Experience on major road or ITS (Intelligent Transport Systems) projects.At Randstad, we are passionate about providing equal employment prospects and embracing diversity to the benefit of all.
