ICT Systems TechnicianThe ICT Systems Technician is responsible for ensuring the optimal performance, reliability, and availability of training systems and associated ICT infrastructure.
This role involves diagnosing and repairing hardware and software issues, maintaining system integrity, and providing technical support during training events.
The position requires solid technical expertise, problem‐solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesHardware and software maintenance across all devices on siteProvide support to all system and networking requirementsInvolved in the installation and configuration of devices, current and existingFirst point of contact on site for resolution of technical issuesMinimum QualificationsExcellent troubleshooting and problem‐solving skillsStrong knowledge of Microsoft and Linux operating systemsFamiliarity with Microsoft Windows Server environments and network fundamentalsStrong experience in ICT systems maintenance and technical supportAbility to work on site,
