We are currently seeking an experienced
Field Engineer / Level 1 IT Support Technician
to join a leading global technology and services organisation on a temporary 3-month assignment based in
Kippa-Ring
.
This role is ideal for a customer-focused IT professional who enjoys providing hands‐on technical support and ensuring the smooth day‐to‐day operation of end‐user technology settings.
Key Requirements:
Previous experience in a Level 1 IT Support, Desktop Support, or Field Engineer role.
Solid troubleshooting skills across Windows operating systems and Microsoft applications.
Experience supporting desktops, laptops, printers,



and other end‐user devices.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage onsite support activities.
Relevant IT certifications are advantageous.
MUST BE AUSTRALIAN CITIZEN
