Our Sales Assistants are our frontline customer service staff and the face of our brand. They deliver an incredible customer experience to each of our customers through warm, welcoming and inspirational service.
They have expert knowledge about our spices, merchandise and are skilled in matching these products to our customer's needs. They are focused on delivering their targets and take pride in celebrating when they achieve their goals.
Our people contribute to the day-to-day operation of the store through stock handling and replenishment, open/close procedures, POS operation, brewing/tea tastings and maintaining merchandising and visual displays.
Who We Are Looking For
A person who is confident in the kitchen with their cooking and is happy to share their passion with our customers
Retail experiencein a busy retail store is preferred
Organisation & attention to detail are second nature
You have a positive,



can-do outlook & are a natural problem solver and a rapid learner
You are an excellent communicator
You can remain calm under stress and can multi-task with swift efficiency
You are proactive and take initiative in the workplace
