We're looking for a
Junior/Graduate Registered Nurse/ Night shift Nurse in Charge
to join our team at our aged care homes in
Greensborough or Balwyn
. You'll be part of a compassionate team delivering high-quality care and making a real difference in the lives of our Elders.
In this role, you will:
Deliver safe, professional nursing care
Administer medications accurately
Delegate tasks appropriately to care staff
Support staff performance and teamwork




Night shift only positions are also available for those who prefer evening hours or are seeking flexibility.
What we're looking for:
Current AHPRA Division 1 Registration
Passion for aged care
Friendly, calm, and organised approach
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality
Valid police check
Recent graduates are warmly encouraged to apply.
This is a wonderful chance to grow in a reputable aged care home, however you must have your AHPRA registration
