Mimosa Homes is seeking an experienced Sales Estimator to join our Victoria-based team. You will provide accurate sales estimates for client requests, incorporating standard and non-standard options, earthworks and slab upgrades, while ensuring compliance with Australian regulatory requirements and our internal guidelines.
Reporting to the Sales Estimating Manager, you will set fixed site costs, prepare contract quotations, and coordinate with suppliers and trades.
