Rowville Secondary College seeks an Assistant Principal – Inclusion (Range 1) to lead learning diversity across Disability Inclusion, EAL, VHAP, and high‐ability programs on both campuses. The role partners with teaching and wellbeing leaders to strengthen Tier 2 support and ensure equitable access to excellent learning outcomes.
The successful candidate will drive policy implementation, coordinate IEPs, and lead staff development in inclusive practices while reporting to the College Principal.
