KINGSTON HOTEL, under Kalis Hospitality, seeks an experienced Venue Manager for a 12‐month fixed term contract in Australia. Lead day‐to‐day operations, mentor the management team, and build leadership capability to sustain improvements after the contract ends.
Focused on lifting standards and developing people, the role requires hands‐on leadership alongside Duty Managers and supervisors, with a defined, time‐bound challenge and weekend/evening availability.
