Practice Manager (Business Operations)
, you will be responsible for leading the team, overseeing daily operations, and driving the continued growth of the practice. You will play a key role in marketing, recruitment, staff development, performance management, and creating a positive workplace culture where people can thrive.
You understand that great patient experiences and engaged team members are the foundation of a successful business. You are organised, proactive, and motivated by achieving results.

Your key responsibilities will include:
Recruiting, developing, and leading a high-performing team.




Driving business growth through marketing and business development initiatives.
Creating efficient systems and processes that support practice success.
Proactively troubleshooting challenges and finding effective solutions.
Supporting staff growth through training, mentoring, and career development programs.
This position is to be at BOTH locations: Dental at Keys & Cranbourne North Dental.
You do not need Dental experience for this role as there is limited clinical management required.
The focus is on HR/Marketing/Business Management so experience is required in these areas only.
Start date: August
Days required: 4 days per week (incl Mondays).
Clinic operating hours:
Monday - 8.00am - 6.30pm
Tuesday - 8.00am - 6.30pm
Wednesday - 8.00am - 6.30pm
Thursday - 8.00am - 6.30pm
Friday - 8.00am - 5.30pm
Saturday - 8.30am - 1.15pm
