We are seeking a friendly, organised and proactive Casual Junior Receptionist to join our busy physiotherapy clinic in North Lakes. This role is the first point of contact for our patients and plays a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities
Welcoming patients and creating a warm, skilled first impression
Managing incoming calls, emails and appointment bookings
Coordinating physiotherapist, Exercise Physiology, Exercise Science and Remedial Massage schedules and managing cancellations/rescheduling
Processing payments, Medicare/EFTPOS/HICAPS/WorkCover/DVA transactions
Maintaining accurate patient records and confidentiality
General administrative duties including scanning, filing and data entry
Supporting the clinical team with day-to-day operations
Maintaining a clean, organised and professional reception area
About You
Previous allied health/medical reception experience
ideal

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Microsoft Office Suite experience essential and Zanda experience highly regarded!
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Professional presentation and positive attitude
Reliable and punctual
What We Offer
Casual Hours - current shifts are 11 am to 7:30 pm Mon, Tues & Thursday - ideal for uni students. Flexibility with semester changes between staff
