The Role
As a Retentions Officer, you will play a key role in strengthening and expanding our novated leasing portfolio. You'll proactively engage with customers, address concerns early, and provide tailored end‐of‐lease solutions that encourage renewals, upgrades, or lease restructuring. By understanding each customer's unique situation and goals, you'll reduce cancellations, strengthen long‐term loyalty, and contribute directly to retention targets and overall portfolio growth.
Qualifications
3+ years' experience in a phone‐based professional customer service, finance, or retention‐focused setting
Demonstrable experience working with and managing complex and ambiguous customer issues
Robust problem‐solving, negotiation, and lateral‐thinking skills
Ability to build rapport quickly, engage customers effectively, and deliver excellent experiences
