Harrison Barratt Group (HBG) in Sydney is seeking an experienced Estimator to join the pre-construction team for fit-out, refurbishment and D&C; projects. You will prepare accurate cost estimates for materials, labour and resources, and draft competitive tenders in collaboration with project delivery teams.
You will analyse drawings and specifications, identify risks and value prospects, and liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to optimise cost and schedule.
