AGA in Victoria is seeking a Youth Employment Consultant to manage a caseload of young people participating in the Transition to Work program, helping them overcome barriers and achieve sustainable employment goals.
You will work with disengaged youth, connect them with training and support services, and develop tailored employment plans. You will engage employers and stakeholders to identifying prospects, monitor progress and support participants toward KPI targets.
