Full time or Part time opportunity (3 days minimum).
You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop evidence-based treatment plans, maintain detailed client records and liaise with clients, families and a multidisciplinary team to ensure best outcomes.
A solid NDIS orientation and PD support are encouraged.
