Ganley Group Hospitality is seeking an experienced Venue General Manager to join our team at The Fifth Province, St Kilda, initially on a parental leave replacement basis.
You will lead all day-to-day operations, manage staff and finances, and ensure exceptional guest experiences across our venues.
The role requires robust leadership, commercial acumen and flexibility to work nights, weekends and public holidays; you will report to the group senior management on strategy and venue development.
