About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and safety focused Heavy Diesel Fitter to join our maintenance team. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for servicing, repairing, and maintaining heavy mobile plant equipment used across mining and civil construction operations. Your expertise will ensure our fleet remains reliable, protected, and compliant with operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance.
Perform machine and component rebuilds.
Conduct breakdown repairs on a range of equipment including haul trucks, excavators, loaders, dozers, graders,



rollers, and water carts.
Inspect and test machinery to ensure operational readiness.Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical faults using OEM tools and manual techniques.
Troubleshoot issues and implement effective repair solutions.
About you:
Experience & Qualifications
Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology or equivalent.
Proven experience with heavy mobile plant equipment in mining or civil construction.
Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, diesel engines, and electrical diagnostics
Licences & Skills
Current Driver's Licence (HR preferred).
Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail.
