OAPL, based at Footscray, is seeking an experienced Receptionist/Administrator to support a busy clinic with skilled, friendly service for patients, referrers and customers.
You will greet patients, manage diaries, process payments, handle phone communications, and provide general admin support while upholding the company's values and standards. Training on the Cliniko system is provided.
