MediRecruit is seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to deliver comprehensive aged care assessments in Hobart, TAS.
This hybrid role blends telehealth and in-person sessions to determine care needs for older Australians within a multidisciplinary team.
You will assess clinical, functional, cognitive and social factors, and develop access-ready care plans.
AHPRA registration and physiotherapy degree are required; driver's licence and reliable home internet are preferred.
