Museum of Play and Art (MoPA) Nunawading runs both a museum café and The Museum Café, sharing one kitchen and two distinct customer bases.
You will lead a hands‐on kitchen with Friday prep as a peak time, delivering fresh café items, catering and party platters to MoPA standards.
You'll drive menu development, lead a small team, ensure safety and cleanliness, and collaborate with creative and guest services teams to create memorable guest experiences across the site.
