Aveo is seeking an Asset & Refurbishment Project Manager to oversee unit refurbishments and CAPEX projects across our Sydney retirement communities.
You will coordinate refurbishment works prior to resident entry, working with contractors and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality homes on time and within budget.
The role reports to the National Manager – Asset Management.
