As a Medicolegal Clinic Coordinator at Australian Specialist Hub, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our valued medical experts and customers.
Based in our vibrant Melbourne office, this full-time position working in our Clinic Coordination team, is a crucial link between our clients and our business, ensuring their needs are promptly addressed and their experience with us is positive.
Key responsibilities
Respond to incoming client and medical expert inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely and skilled manner
Provide accurate and helpful information to clients on our services
Manage client profiles and maintain detailed records of all client interactions
Identify and escalation any issues or concerns to the appropriate team members
Assist with the coordination of medical expert schedules and travel
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures
What we're looking for
At least 2 years of experience in a client-facing or customer service role, preferably within the administration or medical/health support industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
