Westpac Bank is seeking a Fraud & Scams Officer for our digital stream, based at our Parramatta contact centre.
You will handle 40+ calls daily, investigate alerts, gather information and take action to protect customers from fraud and scams.
You will collaborate with fraud specialists, adhere to quality and compliance standards, and support vulnerable customers with empathy in a rapid-paced setting.
Training and shift flexibility are provided.
