Crosslinks Incorporated is seeking an engaging and outgoing Engagement and Intake Officer to connect families with disability supports in Western Australia. You will be the first point of contact, build referral networks, and guide families from initial enquiry to onboarding.
You will collaborate with Support Coordinators, Allied Health Specialists and community stakeholders to maximise occupancy across supported independent living and community services.
