What we're looking for
A warm, sociable personality and genuine passion for hospitality
Fluent English communication skills




Minimum2 years' equivalent full-time experienceas a barista in a rapid-paced, high-volume café kg+ daily)
Strong knowledge ofgrind adjustment and general machine maintenance
Highly organized, efficient, and able to perform under pressure during busy rushesProfessional presentation and grooming suited to a corporate café environment
Full and correct working rights in Australia
Available to start at 6am and adaptable for shifts finishing at 5pm
