Belmont 16s Sailing Club in Belmont, NSW seeks an experienced Sailing Manager to lead the Sailing Department and run a busy, community-driven program.
You will coordinate race days, regattas and the annual season, while supporting staff, volunteers, and junior coaching initiatives.
The role requires solid leadership, organizational and communication skills with a focus on safety, compliance and effective stakeholder engagement.
Weekend and during-season hours are expected.
