About the Role:
You will be involved in ensuring an excellent customer/patient journey from start to finish.
You'll work to healthcare guidelines, give good explicit advice because of your love for fashion and styling and provide a great experience at every opportunity which exceed our customers' expectations.
Skills and experience:
Optical dispensing experience is advantageous, but not essential
Able to work in a large, growing team as well autonomously
A self-starter with a sense of humour who enjoys variety and a busy workplace
Punctuality, reliability and flexibility to work retail hours
Experience in a rapid paced retail environment or customer service environment
Excellent verbal and written skills with strong attention to detail
The ability to build genuine and supportive relationships with colleagues and customers
