You will manage a portfolio of small to medium strata schemes across Sydney (mainly Southwest Sydney) and handle day-to-day governance, meetings, and client liaison.
The ideal candidate holds a Class 1 or Class 2 licence, a valid driver's licence, and a solid understanding of the Strata Schemes Management Act .
