About the role
In this position, you will manage a designated territory of top retailers while overseeing a small group of in-store Microsoft Product Advisors. You will report directly to the Field Operations Manager and will play a key role in fostering relationships with store management and retail staff.

What you'll do
Supervise and support a team of Microsoft Product Advisors to ensure they effectively promote and sell Microsoft products.
Build and maintain robust relationships with store managers and retail staff to enhance product visibility and sales performance.
Requirements
A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or field sales.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a retail environment.




Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with various stakeholders.
Familiarity with Microsoft products and services.
Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for travel within the assigned territory.
Nice to have
Experience in a technology-focused retail environment.
Background in marketing or brand activation.
Skills & tools
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with CRM software and reporting tools.
Robust organizational skills and attention to detail.
Practical notes
This role may require occasional travel within the assigned territory.
