Located in ourBooking Centre in Ballaratyou'll be thefirst point of contactfor our patients.
If you enjoy working in alively inbound call centre setting, this is theperfect role for you!
You'll use yoursuperstar customer service skillsto manage appointment enquiries and bookings.
Ideally, you'll have experience in themedical or radiology field, but if you're passionate about thehealth industry, we want to hear from you!

ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES
Take inbound calls and determine the required service
Handle bookings and enquiries efficiently
Notify patients of pre-visit requirements
Liaise with technical and support staff
Quote fees and Medicare rebate amounts
Book appointments at the relevant site
Assist with other tasks as needed
ABOUT YOU
Excellent communication & phone skills - articulate, empathetic, and a positive listener
Previous customer service or high-volume call centre experience
Confident using computers and quick to learn new systems
A proactive attitude to training and development
Health/medical reception experience (highly regarded)
RIS/PACS systems experience (also highly regarded)
