Darebin City Council is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a high-volume customer service team.
You will provide on-the-floor leadership, real-time guidance, and coordinate operations across multiple contact channels in a rapid-paced workplace.
Permanent part time role (3 days/week) with opportunities to mentor staff, resolve complex issues and drive service excellence for the Darebin community.
Applicants must be available to work full-time hours 8:25am–5:10pm as part of consideration.
