Your role As a Senior Performance Lead in the Customer Digital leverage data driven insights to inform continuous improvement opportunities.
Develop and manage a comprehensive workforce strategy for the crew, ensuring alignment to business and financial targets while proactively identifying interventions to stay within workforce tolerances.
Establish, monitor and enhance the crew's operating rhythm, cadences and tools to optimise the flow of work, escalations and decision making.
Support tracking of agility metrics working closely with the Agility practice to identify prospects to improve execution, velocity and business value for the crew.
