Lifestyle Solutions is a provider of person-centered support for people living with a disability. We seek a dedicated Support Worker to assist customers to become more independent at home and in the community.
You will mentor, coach daily living skills, support personal care, and help customers access community programs. A valid NDIS screening, first aid, and relevant qualifications are required or pursued, with shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
