We have relocated to our new large CBD office and are keen to expand our specialist Accounting & Finance team across 3 divisions: Commercial, Government and Public Practice.

Role Scope:

All our Consultants are 360s. This allows you to work directly with both candidates and clients. Roles are tailored to each teammate's strengths and goals, generally including these functions:

- Identify, source, & engage candidates for a range of roles in a candidate-tight market
- Conduct interviews, assess skills and experience, to truly understand candidate goals & drivers and match candidates to suitable roles




- Provide guidance to candidates on career opportunities and market conditions
- Confirm a Commitment of Service for suitable candidates prior to formal representations
- Attend client meetings to ensure a good understanding of client requirements, initially alongside Senior teammates, then independently
- Build and maintain effective talent pools in areas of high demand for our clients
- Mushroom existing client relationships and generate new market connections
- Maintain accurate records of candidate applications, interview outcomes, and placements
