Canex has an opportunity for 10 x Casual Housekeepers to work at Rockhampton and surrounding regions, Queensland.
The roles can vary and you could be tasked with cleaning, housekeeping, stacking shelves and general maintenance.
For this exciting role you must have a valuable level of physical fitness, as you are often on your feet and active for the majority of your shift.
Requirements
- Ready and able to work long shifts (10+hours a day)
- Be flexible in your approach to work

- Be neat in tidy
- Be able to work alone or part of a team.
You will be required to work on average 30 hours per week. The term of work will be from August 2026 to May 2027. You will be paid either under the Hospitality Industry (General) Award (MA ) or General Retail Industry Award (MA ).
Remuneration and Hours
- The work will range in pay from an ordinary rate of Level 1 - 3 $33.05/hr up to $40+/hr
- Working hours will vary from anywhere from 6am to 11pm, 7 days per week.
- Overtime rates will be paid where applicable
- Upskilling & additional allowances may also be paid if you were trained in extra tasks.
