Bridges Health & Community Care – Hervey Bay QLD is seeking a Lived Experience Practitioner (LEP) to work with young people aged 12 to 25 showing early signs of psychosis.
The role is based in Hervey Bay with part time roles/job share available.
You will co-locate with mental health staff to deliver psychosocial supports for early psychosis.
Selection criteria include a Certificate IV in Mental Health and/or Youth Work, lived experience training with 2+ years' experience, and robust
